This is a sequential course empowering families, workers, and community members with accurate information to improve relationships through Teepa Snow’s Positive Approach to Care. Each session builds on previous learnings to foster deep understanding and practical skills for supporting those living with dementia.
Leader Bio: Rev. Eileen Daunt: Founder of H.E.A.R.T.S. Ministry, Eileen is a lifelong Ulster County resident, established H.E.A.R.T.S. (Respite for All) in 2022 to support families navigating dementia and Alzheimer's. Drawing from her learning and personal experience since 2018, she is dedicated to empowering caregivers and the community to improve daily lives through this specialized ministry outreach.
